Communication Tips to Soothe The Wild Beast (Upset Clients) (L. Boudreau)

How can we deescalate and make these critical client conversations turn into a win-win? Do we need to kick them out of the circus and how does that work? We’ll look at reasons that clients get frustrated, how to separate out our personal reactions, and learn how to become a successful “lion tamer.” (Length: 1 hour)
