Dr. Laura Halsey

Laura Halsey, DVM, cVMA grew up in San Diego and was inspired to become a veterinarian as a way to combine her love of animals and science with her passion for wanting to create positive change. After graduating UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010 she returned to San Diego to complete a rigorous internship in emergency and specialty medicine. She has been practicing in San Diego working in both general practice and emergency settings, as well as learning acupuncture. Dr.

Dr. Leejoan Ma

Leejoan Ma, DVM - When Dr. Ma decided to move to San Diego a year ago, she was looking for a change in her professional and personal life. Professionally, she had been in general practice for 14 years at the same clinic since graduating from Kansas State in 2005. She felt ready to make a change and switched to relief work with a combination of general and emergency work. Dr.

Dr. Miguel Constantino

Miguel Constantino, DVM  was born and raised in Mexico City. After completing an internship at Amazon Animal Hospital with Dr. Hibi, he received his Veterinarian degree from University of Baja in Mexicali, Mexico in 2005. He moved to San Diego in 2007 starting as a Veterinary assistant at Colina Veterinary Hospital with Dr. Guajardo as his sponsor/mentor to start the adventure in the USA.

Dr. Tonya Gossard

Tonya Gossard, DVM earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received her DVM  from Western University of Health Sciences in 2013. After graduation, she completed a rotating internship with California Veterinary Specialists. Dr. Gossard is the new owner of Kensington Veterinary Hospital.  She has special interests in internal medicine, radiology and veterinary acupuncture.

Dr. Grant Mayne, MBA

Grant Mayne, DVM - Attended Cornell University for both his undergraduate (’67) and graduate education (’71). Following graduation and working as an associate in a Boston practice, he designed and built the Vickory Hill Veterinary Hospital in Southboro, MA.

Dr. Megan Gibbings

Megan Gibbings, DVM is a San Diego native with 20 years of experience in the veterinary field. She obtained a B.S. degree from UC San Diego in 2007 and completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2012 at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. Dr. Gibbings practiced in San Diego for 5 years prior to opening West Coast Animal Hospital in 2017. Her professional interests include feline medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dermatology.

Dr. Caroline Seitz

Caroline Seitz, DVM originally attended Jacksonville State University on a Division I soccer scholarship, but completed her undergraduate degree in Agribusiness at Oklahoma State University.  On the small island of Saint Kitts in the Caribbean, she attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.  She then completed her clinical year at Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine.  A rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Ref

Dr. Jodi Woods

Jodi Woods, DVM, a native to Southern California, earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Animal Science from the California State Polytechnic University.  Dr. Woods then moved to the Midwest to attend veterinary school at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where she obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.).  Dr.
