Poison Control
There are many different substances out there that are toxic and potentially life threatening to our pets. If you believe your pet has been poisoned, you should contact your veterinarian immediately for further advice.
If you do not have a veterinarian or it is after hours, please contact a local emergency veterinarian. A list of emergency veterinary clinics in San Diego can be found by clicking here (insert link to emergency clinics).
To find a list of poisonous substances or to seek advise from a professional, you can call the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center hotline at (888) 426-4435. You can also visit their website at www.aspcs.org/apcc. A consultation fee of $65 may be applied to your credit card for official consultations.
